Is the free website really free?+
Yes. If your business doesn't have a website yet, we'll build you a real 3-page starter site at no cost. It's how we introduce ourselves and earn your trust. There's no obligation to buy anything afterward — though most clients do choose to upgrade or add a care plan.
What's the catch with the free site?+
No catch. We hope you love the work and decide to grow with us — a bigger custom site, a care plan to keep it running, or Local SEO to get found. But the starter site is yours either way.
Why do I need a care plan?+
Websites aren't 'set it and forget it.' Software needs updating, things break, and content gets stale. A care plan means hosting, security, backups, and edits are all handled for one predictable monthly price — no surprise invoices.
How is this different from Wix or Squarespace?+
Those are DIY tools — you do the work, and your site looks like everyone else's. We design and write a custom site around your business and your customers, then keep it running for you. You focus on your business; we handle the website.
Do you only work with businesses in Southern California?+
SoCal is home and our specialty — we know the local market and Local SEO here. But we happily work with small businesses anywhere in the US remotely.
How long does a full website take?+
A free starter site is live in 5–7 days. A Professional custom build typically takes 2–3 weeks; Premium projects with e-commerce or booking run 3–5 weeks depending on scope.
Do I own my website?+
Absolutely. You own your domain, your content, and your site. If you ever leave, we'll help you take it with you — no hostage situations.
What if I already have a website?+
Great — we can redesign it, speed it up, fix what's broken, or take over hosting and maintenance with a care plan. Book a call and we'll take a look for free.
